If you are purchasing a firearm from an external business and arranging for it to be transferred to Mallards Shooting Supply and Apparel, please have the transferring dealer (the business you are purchasing from) complete this form.

$75.00 Fee Per Gun + $5.00 Background Check
NFA Transfer $100 Fee Per Gun

These fees cover the administrative and compliance processes required to receive, inventory, and legally transfer a firearm under ATF regulations.

Once we receive your firearm, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for processing. We will notify you as soon as it is ready for pickup.

We do not accept transfers from individuals or non-licensed entities. Firearms must be shipped by a licensed FFL dealer. Please do not ship firearms directly to us unless you are a licensed dealer.

There is no current requirements to sell a firearm from one individual to another but there is a way to make sure you are not selling one to an unlawful individual and have peace of mind if you chose to sell your gun privately. We provide a background check and transfer of ownership receipt here at Mallards for a $75.00 transfer fee & $5.00 background check.

In-store completion of form 4473 (Required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms) after the firearm has arrived in store.
