Fine, retains 70% of the original blue finish, 60% of the original case colors on the hammer and lever, and traces of the original nitre blue on the loading gate with the balance mostly grey patina, a few patches of light pitting, and some light handling marks, typical of hunting use. The wood is also fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches and mostly crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
