The left side of the slide is stamped with the two-line Colt address and patent dates, with the Rampant Colt logo positioned behind the serrations, while the right side bears the caliber designation. The interior of the slide is marked with the matching serial number “429/583.” The frame displays the serial number on the left side, along with “R” and “triangle/VP” proof marks, while the right side of the trigger guard is stamped “34.” Fitted with checkered hard rubber grips bearing the Colt banner and Rampant Colt motifs, and accompanied by a two-tone blued magazine marked “CAL.32/COLT” on the base. Excellent, retaining 95% original blue finish with some limited minor edge wear, some limited thinning with grey patina on the bottom edge of the backstrap, and limited minor handling marks. The grips are very fine with crisp logos, defined checkering, and a few minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine.
