Outstanding Factory Master Giuseppe Zacchi Signed and Game Scene Engraved Perazzi 20 Gauge MX8 SC3 Over/Under Shotgun with Case

The Perazzi name is synonymous with excellence, and this shotgun stands as a superb example of the maker’s craftsmanship. The blued steel barrels feature a single brass bead sight on the matted flat vent rib, wavy line border at the chamber, standard factory markings, Italian proof marks dated 2000, 3-inch chambers with automatic ejectors, and interchangeable chokes (“4” and “6” installed).

The barrels are paired with a coin-finished triggerplate action with removable trigger group, finely engraved with scrollwork framing game scenes. The left side depicts a pair of red-legged partridge in flight, the right a single grey partridge lifting from a branch, and the underside a stag skull with cross between the antlers — a reference to Saint Hubertus, Patron Saint of Hunters. The work is signed “ZACCHI” for Master Engraver Giuseppe Zacchi. Additional features include a single gold trigger and tang-mounted manual safety with gold-inlaid “S” indicator.

The shotgun is stocked with a highly figured, finely checkered walnut forend of English style with engraved forend iron, and a pistol grip buttstock finished with a black rubber recoil pad.

Accessories include a factory takedown case, snap caps, stock tool, and five extra choke tubes (“0,” “2,” “6,” “8,” and “10”).
